Bio
Jon began his career in real estate at an early age, clerking, interning, and assisting in sales and leasing at a New Jersey boutique residential brokerage. He later entered the commercial real estate sector as an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in industrial, office, and retail properties in Northern New Jersey, and was involved in excess of $50 million in transactions throughout the region.
Jon was recruited to join the Tri-State Investment Properties Group at CBRE, expanding his expertise to all asset classes — retail, multi-family, office, industrial, and development — across NY, NJ, and CT. He led the team's 1031 Exchange buy-side business, helping the team generate over $100 million in transaction volume annually. He later joined Stan Johnson Company on their national listing platform as a leading broker.
In May 2019, Jon launched Northeast operations for Zeus Living, growing the New York Metropolitan Area market from zero to 150+ properties within a year and maintaining the multi-family portfolio at an average of 85% occupancy and 30% margins, generating over $1 million in revenue. After COVID-19 affected Zeus's NY metro operations, Jon co-founded Skyline Real Estate Partners in June 2020 with Roslyn Gutwetter, a NJ native and 30+ year veteran in the industry.

Michael Gutwetter
Bio
Michael graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and passed the CPA exam in 1983. He has been recognized for a variety of leadership roles, including NJSCPA Bergen Chapter President (2010–2011), NJ Society of CPAs Board of Trustees (2012–2015), Bergen Chapter Vice President (2009–2010), Bergen Chapter Secretary (2008–2009), and Bergen Chapter Director (2007–2008). He is a 30-year member of the NJSCPA Bergen Chapter and its board.
